Description: Spend three nights and two full days getting immersed in everything our area has to offer. Enjoy the wonders of nature on a scenic tour with Northland Discovery Boat Tours and discover the exciting history of the Vikings and Dr. Wilfred Thomason Grenfell.
Additional Info: Boat tour runs at 9am, 1pm, and 4pm. It is recommended that customers book the 9am tour because it generally has the best weather. In the event of bad weather, you may be able to enjoy the tour later in the day and visit one of our historical sites in the morning. You must check in for boat tour 15 minutes in advance of departure. Please bring clothing suitable for boat tour. Motion sickness medication is recommended for people susceptible to motion sickness. Proper footwear for walking required for most packages. It is a 40 minute drive from St. Anthony to L'Anse aux Meadows. Please allow at least two hours for each historical site visit. Leifsburdir Viking Feast is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please inquire ahead of time about adding extra persons to your tour.
Due to Parks Canada payment processing restrictions, we are not able to provide advance admission to L'Anse aux Meadows National Historic Site. Guests must pay upon arrival at the site.

8:30 am - Depart for L'Anse aux Meadows
9:10 am - Visit L'Anse aux Meadows National Historic Site
12:00 pm - Enjoy Lunch at Norseman Restaurant
1:00 pm - Visit Norstead Viking Village
3:30 pm - Depart for St. Anthony
7:00 pm - Enjoy Leifsburdir Dinner Theatre
